It is situated on the north west coast of Utila and although not so accessible when you arrive you will be rewarded with peice and quiet and a beach that's probably all to yourself. With shade provided by palm trees and almond trees, you can spend a relaxing day here in shade of the trees or exploring the beach.
Water Cay

Relaxing in the Utila's warm waters
Water Cay is a small island, in fact a tiny island smaller than a football field which is simply white sands, coconut trees and almond trees surrounded by warm blue waters and coral reef. Water Cay is located just off the south west of Utila. Hire a local dory captain to take you there and just let them know when you want to return. Take some lunch, some drinks, a hammock and some snorkelling gear and you have everything you need to make a perfect day in paradise.
