Many of these beautiful properties will be available at preferred rates for Alton's divers. There are several hotels, many vacation homes and apartments and all offer something unique. Together with our free mini-bus pick up service from anywhere on the island with a road you can really choose what suits you the best.

Lazy Daze Hotel Rooms
Starting with hotel rooms the Lazy Daze rooms are located almost next door to the dive center. About a thirty second walk or a short swim away! Tastefully furnished and decorated, with AC, ceiling
fans, wireless internet and cable TV, private bath, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster!

Lighthouse Hotel
The Lighthouse Hotel is located less than 1 minute walk from the dive center over the water with a west facing view of the bay. This two storied Hotel,
with its wide wraparound balconies, stands over the waters of Eastern
Harbor at the entrance to the Upper Lagoon. Its unique location offers
guests gentle cooling by easterly trade winds and panoramic views of the
harbor and of the western Caribbean Sea. On clear days, on the near
horizon, guests can see the mountains of mainland Honduras and - most
especially - Pico Bonito.
All rooms share the same amenities: A/C, ceiling fan, private bathroom
with on-demand hot water shower, kitchenette with microwave and
microwavable dishes, 14 cu. inch refrigerator, coffee maker, cable TV,
internet access using the wireless hotspot on the premises, standby
emergency generator.
The Boat House Preferred RateYou can't get closer to the ocean
than with The Boat House! Constructed on the location of an old boat
house, this is a beautiful 2 bedroom home literally over the water.
The
in-town location is a quick walk to restaurants, bars, dive shops,
internet cafes and beaches. Wrap-around deck and stairs leading into the
sea make this a perfect retreat for swimming, taking dips throughout
the day or just lounging on your dock or deck. Enjoy a cocktail while
watching a perfect Utila sunset. You can even catch dinner from your
dock.
