Utila is small enough to easily get around on foot - but to get around Utila and really see the island you need some wheels.


Utila town (East Harbour) is small enough to walk easily around – from Chepes Beach at one end of town to Bando beach at the other is about 1˝ miles.

Bodden’s Rentals, located on the Cola de Mico road just past the crossroads, rent out bicycles, quad bikes, scooters and golf carts. Rental rates are available for daily/weekly hire.

Rita’s Rentals, on the main roads just before Big Mamma’s restaurant, offers golf cart hire by the hour or half-day.

Delco rents bicycles by the day or week. You'll find them on the main street near La Piccola restaurant.
